Challenge

A major European MSO was looking to create a common platform infrastructure that integrated new STB and OTT capabilities for nPVR into a platform that was already providing OTT on demand and live services
The MSO needed to undertake vendor selection, architecture, design and integration/delivery of the new capabilities and was looking for a fork-lift step-up in its capability to deliver such as system.

Engaged by the MSO, our consultant brought with him a wealth of experience in the delivery of video and interactive services, including expertise derived from working with one of the world leading vendors in video technology platforms.
They provided the MSO team with key skills in evaluating and selecting the primary technology vendors and solutions that could be applied to this existing platform to provide a seamless e2e platform solution.
Following the selection, our consultant switched gears into delivery mode, leading the platform integration, deploying and accepting the nPVR solution into the local country operations.
